CASSIDY GRAIN CO., like most of our customers, is proud to be independently owned and operated. CASSIDY GRAIN CO. is primarily a country grain elevator and crop production farm supply operation headquartered in Frederick, Oklahoma where the majority of business activity is centered. We operate additional country grain elevator facilities in Hollister and Manitou, Oklahoma, all in Tillman County, which are attended weekly, and open for business only during wheat harvest and fall fertilizer seasons. We have a total grain storage capacity of 2,148,000 bushels of space. Major commodity handled is Hard Red Winter Wheat. We also receive and merchandise course feed grains such as milo, corn and soybeans. Our grain handling facilities are located on the Grainbelt Railroad with direct access to Burlington Northern Railroad, and the Wichita Tillman Jackson Railway Co. with direct Union Pacific Railroad access.

Located in Southwest Oklahoma, near the Red River separating Texas and Oklahoma, we are a complete, full service, retail fertilizer supplier to area agriculture, offering Liquid Fertilizer, Dry Fertilizer, bulk or bagged, blended to soil sample recommendations. We are Certified Crop Advisors and offer crop consultation services. We handle Anhydrous Ammonia at our Frederick and Hollister locations with a total storage capacity of 30,000 gallons, serviced by 40 mobile nurse tanks. We offer a soil sampling service, free of charge, to our farmer customers. Our Custom Application fleet consists of six floater-type trucks (liquid/dry) and one row-crop application rig, servicing our customer base within a 100-mile radius of Tillman County, Oklahoma, including north Texas. We also offer Aerial Application services. Agriculture Chemicals are added to any application for specific pesticide requirements. Cassidy Grain Co. leases fertilizer storage facilities from a subsidiary, Manitou Fertilizer Co., located in Manitou, Oklahoma, and also a 750-ton dry bulk fertilizer storage and blending facility, and a 2400-ton bulk liquid fertilizer storage tank located outside of Frederick, Oklahoma.





We are a Wholesale Dealer in field seeds and a Certified Seed Conditioner. Our seed processing facility was destroyed by fire in 1993. We subsequently built the most modern and advanced seed processing facility of its kind in Southwest Oklahoma. We specialize in Alfalfa Seed, doing business across the U.S. and overseas. Through our customer-growers, we produce thousands of bushels of Certified and Registered seed wheat each year. We process and condition seed wheat in bulk or bags for agricultural producers statewide. We are certified Agripro seed wheat dealers. We retail several different varieties of seeds, including cottonseed, millet, sudan, peas, sorghum, corn, oats, clover, triticale, and garden seeds.

We operate a 24-hour card fuel distribution service known as Farmers Oil Co., which retails three types of fuel to farmers, businesses and local consumers. Total fuel storage capacity is 30,000 gallons and is located in Frederick, Oklahoma.

Purchase of the facilities of the Frederick Lumber Co., allow us to handle a variety of lumber and associated building materials. We are the only local source of retail lumber in the Frederick area.

Cassidy Grain Co. leases transportation services and freight from Cassidy Bros. Trucking Co., which operates a fleet of 3 semi-tractor rigs with 10 various trailers, hauling grain, feed, seed, fertilizer, steel, rock, gravel, machinery, lumber and lime.

We operate and lease construction and excavation equipment, which includes a John Deere 790 Excavator (Track-hoe), a John Deere 792 Excavator (Track-hoe), and an 850B John Deere Bulldozer. Under the government sponsored drought assistance program, we dug out several area farm ponds. We are capable of excavating or demolishing almost any structure, or project imaginable. This equipment is custom operated and available for lease.

We operate a full line of retail feed, seed, farm supply and ag-input items through our authorized ACCO Feeds and farm supply store located at 321 W. Dahlia St. in
Frederick, Oklahoma.
